Refund and Cancellation Policy

This page explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for Mirror. It is meant to be read alongside our Terms of Service. Current prices and inclusions are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Subscriptions (Core, Pro, and Elite)

Our subscription plans renew automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel. Each plan includes a set number of practice sessions per billing period. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. Unused sessions do not carry over beyond their stated period.

Interview Sprint

The Interview Sprint is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It provides up to 75 practice sessions or 14 days of access, whichever comes first, and it does not auto-renew.

Free session

New users may be offered a free practice session. It does not require a payment method and does not convert into a paid plan on its own.

Refunds

Except where a refund is required by law, payments are non-refundable and unused sessions have no cash value. We may, at our discretion, offer a refund or account credit, for example if you were charged in error. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us and we will review it promptly.

How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If a self-serve cancellation option is available in your account, you can cancel there; otherwise, contact us and we will process it. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period.

Purchases made through an app store

If you purchase through a third-party app store or platform, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play, that platform processes the payment and controls its own billing, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refund rules. In that case, please manage or cancel your subscription, and request any refund, through your account with that platform.
